Katy Perry must be getting desperate to sell her former Russell Brand love nest, Park Hill, because the Fireworks singer just slashed the selling price a whopping $430,000.
The house sits on 3 storybook-worthy and historic Hollywood acres and was originally listed at $6.5M, but that number was not to be as potential buyers have been few and far between. Perry bought the mega-crib way back in June 2011 – never occupying it – and it has wastefully sat completely empty ever since.
