College Girl Sues After School Uses Bikini Photo

A teen is suing after learning an administrator at her former high school used a photo of her in a bikini and posted it on Facebook to warn teens about the dangers of social media..

College freshman Chelsea Chaney is now suing her former school system, citing they didn’t have permission to take the photo from her Facebook page. The image was presented at a district-wide seminar with the caption “Once it’s there, it’s there to stay.” We would add that this is especially true if you are in a bikini posing next to a cardboard cut-out of Snoop Dogg holding a can of Blast. Yeah, that thing ain’t going anywhere. Chaney is asking for $2 million.

Well I think we’ve all learned the dangers of many things just from reading this story!
