College freshman Chelsea Chaney is now suing her former school system, citing they didn’t have permission to take the photo from her Facebook page. The image was presented at a district-wide seminar with the caption “Once it’s there, it’s there to stay.” We would add that this is especially true if you are in a bikini posing next to a cardboard cut-out of Snoop Dogg holding a can of Blast. Yeah, that thing ain’t going anywhere. Chaney is asking for $2 million.
