Karl Lagerfeld ”I Didn’t Call ADELE FAT! I Called Her ROUNDISH”

ADELE.. Fashion legend Karl Lagerfeld is trying to clarify comments he made about singer Adele, after being accused of labeling her as “a little too fat.” The Chanel designer appeared on CNN’s ‘Backstage Pass’ this week.

Lagerfeld, 79, insisted that his words misinterpreted, saying: “I never said that she was fat, I said that she was a little roundish; a little roundish is not fat and after that she lost eight kilo, so I think the message was not that bad.”

WOW! That really clears everything up! Not..

When asked by CNN if he had any regrets in his honest and trade-worthy assessment of the Skyfall singer, he said, “No, not really.”

 
Adele is no stranger to fat jibes and once famously responded,

She said: “I represent the majority of women and I’m very proud of that.”
