How does that work? Sure it’s funny but it seriously plummets that list’s stock in my eye..
That’s right folks, the same list that touted Miley at the very top, also includes this charade of a winner. I mean come on! How can this list be taken seriously? The answer is, it’s really not supposed to be taken that seriously, hence Miley’s #1 ranking.
