Hopper Penn, son of actor Sean Penn, is such a punk! And maybe more than just a punk! He may be a racist punk! So like the black photographer says in this video, “Is that what you’re teaching him at home Sean?”

The racially charged event took place as Penn’s son, Hopper, named after deceased director, Dennis Hopper, was following his dad into a medical building when he can be seen pushing the black photographer and then getting into the verbal part of the altercation.

The nuclear exchange was all caught on tape … Hopper gets up in the photog’s face, pushing him, then says, “F*** you … you’re a f***ing f***ot … shut up you f***ing n***er.” tmz
