Gabriel Aubry is under arrest after getting in a huge fight and Halle Berry’s house! Apparently the fight involved Gabriel and Oliver Martinez. Both the men were apparently injured, Aubrey so-much-so, he is currently in the hospital while being under arrest for battery, says TMZ. We can only hope and pray that dear little child was not a witness to this horrendous fight, and by child, I mean Halle.
The incident happened this morning when Gabriel was dropping Nahla off at Halle’s house.
Halle was present as were other witnesses when the fight erupted.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … “Gabriel went nuts” and started fighting Olivier.
Olivier was not taken to the hospital. It appears he won the fight — but he did suffer injuries.
