A Kentucky grandmother and her daughter are under arrest after pictures they had developed at the local market revealed a toddler and his 4-year-old brother smoking and handling marijuana.
Upon developing a batch of photographs, One hour photo employees noticed that some of the pictures depicted young children with marijuana cigarettes in their mouth as adults attempted to ignite them. The kids we also pictured handling buds.
According to cops, bad mom, Beth Ann Hensley, and her mother, Tracy Hensley, were both arrested and five children were removed from their home. Grandma was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor and child endangerment.
Investigation revealed that some of the photographs were taken at the grandma’s house while others were taken in a nearby mobile home owned by the kids uncle.
Cops say more arrests are expected in the case.
