Now that the election is over… Not only did his candidate lose but so did his face. After showing the ultimate in support, Eric “Romney Tattoo Face Guy” Hartsburg, still maintains he has no regrets.
(NEWSER) –
Move over, Karl Rove. Eric Hartsburg could very well claim the title of Most Disappointed Romney Supporter. After all, 10 square inches of his face now bear a Romney-logo tattoo, but in an interview with Politico, the 30-year-old from Indiana says that while he’s “totally disappointed,” he doesn’t regret the money-making move: “I was trying to make politics fun. … I shed blood for this campaign, and I’m glad to know that I did all that I could.” He says he’s weathered a lot of “FUs” since Tuesday, but notes that his 15-year-old son “was all about it.” And while we’re not sure we actually see the logic here, he says he’s hoping the ink will open “some other doors in the entertainment business.”
