Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, the star of MTV‘s Jersey Shore is being forced into suing his father over a series of inappropriate internet videos posted last week in which pops foul-mouths his estranged son.
The videos are in response to a conflict over Mike supposedly refusing to help pay medical bills for his old man but I am confident that river runs a lot deeper.

Frank Sorrentino AKA, “The Bad Situation” is no longer married to The Good Situation’s mother. Elder Situation says he’s a diabetic and he called Mike for help with mounting medical bills but Mike declined to get involved in the situation, so he took to the internet to vent his frustrations. Classy pops.
According to TMZ sources, The Situation’s lawyers have contacted Frank with an emergency injunction to shut down the website broadcasting the videos. They’ve also warned of the lawsuit. A rep for Frank Sorrentino stated the website would remain up and claimed he was not threatened by the supposed lawsuit. Frank has also signed a tell-all book deal about his son, who is currently overseas filming season four of Jersey Shore in Italy. Can you say Familia?
A written statement by The Situation’s publicist last week stated that. “Mike is extremely saddened by his estranged father’s actions. We are not offering any further comment at this time and are seeking the advice of legal counsel.”
