The Oscars may be a week away, but Paramount is wasting no time in trying to keep its youngest nominee happy. Fresh off her nomination for the Coen brothers directed western “True Grit”, Paramount Pictures has finalized a deal for ‘Forgotten, a novel to be published in June.

According to Deadline.com, the book will be adapted as a star vehicle for Steinfeld. In ‘Forgotten’, 16-year old London Lane loses her memory at 4:33 every night only for her memory to be replaced by events in her future. Lane becomes frustrated that she cant find a new boy in school in her new future memories.
Hailee Steinfeld, 14, caught the eyes of ticket buyers and Oscar voters alike as she earned a Best Supporting Actress nomination as well as helping “True Grit” earn over $150 mil at the box office.
