Mariah Carey Preggo or Just Phat? [PHOTO]

Its been months since Mariah Carey has been photographed in public and from the looks of this new picture of her leaving a steakhouse in Brazil, one of two things have occurred between shutter clicks;

1. Carey is on a strict diet of waffles, pasta and pizza.
2. Carey is with child.

I tend to swing with the latter, after all, hubby Nick Cannon has been talking about starting a family since the first of the year and another thing to consider is Carey’s age, at fabulous 40, she is right in the zone to move it or lose it, as far as rearing kiddies go.
