It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out Chris Brown’s new single is a apology letter to Rihanna.
“What do you do when the truth isn’t quite enough? They looking at you telling you that we need to break it up, you need to do what you do, it’s me and you in love, but I’m gunna make it up to you and show the world I’m a changed man.”
Jive Records, Brown’s label is not aware of any new Chris Brown music and a source close to the music scene told ThecounT.com, “Today musicians don’t have to have a label or a professional recording studio to make music, they can do it in the comfort of their own home, chances are Chris is recording these tracks on his own and leaking them on his own as well, he doesn’t want to deal with the red tape of a label release, he just wants to get his voice heard the best way he knows how.”
And that would make sense because Brown releasing any music with Jive on board would included many formalities that Brown may want to avoid, at least when it comes to releasing music, especially timely music he feels will speak to his fans and eventually maybe even catch Rihanna’s ear.
