I couldn’t put my finger on where I saw Ashley Tisdale’s outfit she wore to last weekend’s MTV Movie Awards; I just knew I saw it before. Then I remembered..Keke Palmer wore it to the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards. Tisdale must have seen her wear it and fell in love.
