Cops Identify Computer Rihanna Photo was Sent

Police have identified the computer from which a photo of Rihanna was sent to media. TZM released a photo, showing a beaten-up Rihanna that was apparently taken by law enforcement.

Release of such a photo constitutes a serious breach of policy that normally would keep the photo sealed until a judge could decide if it should ever be released.

TMZ’s Harvey Levin says the picture was obtained legally, however, how that can be the case when showing a picture like this goes squarely against every right of a post battered person. In this case it does not help Chris Brown either, or could it? Brown could claim the picture being released harmed his right at a fair trial, if the case goes that far.

Police officials stated that releasing the photo is considered a serious breach of conduct and could result in termination.
