Britney Spears: Makes Deal with Devil to Keep Kids
Playtime is totally OVER for Britney Spears. But the Circus Tour is still ON.

Numerous reports from sources such as the January OK! Magazine, Breatheheavy.com and Britneyres.com, claim that Britney has lost tons of privileges to living a free and independent life.
Britney’s Dad Jamie, and the Los Angeles Court, seem to have gained almost ALL control of Britneythe human and Britney the machine.
Even though Brit has lost control of her life, THE SHOW MUST GO ON…
The Britney Machine, has hundreds employees and her family to $$$upport. Brit’s Dad Jamie, who now receives $16,000+ a month from Britney, micromanages every aspect of Britney’s personal and professional life. Oh and don’t forget about K-Fed (and his eating habits) too! All of these people are very dependent on The Britney Machine to live. The Circus Tour is pressured to continue as scheduled for it’s upcoming dates.
THE CIRCUS: PRETTY ON THE OUTSIDE, TRAGIC ON THE INSIDE…
According to a huge Britney fansite Breatheheavy.com, “court papers were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last Monday, making a judge’s October ruling (which made the conservatorship over Britney permanent) official.” Incase you don’t know what a “Conservatorship” is, it’s “when someone appointed by a court to assume responsibility for the interests of a minor or incompetent person.”
In the court papers about Britney’s financial matters, they state that Britney “is substantially unable to manage her financial resources or to resist fraud or undue influence.”
The court papers about Britney the human, state that she is ‘unable to properly provide for his or her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter.’”
So she is capable of doing numerous appearances and performances all over the world? But she’s NOT CAPABLE of ‘providing her own personal needs for health, food, clothing or shelter?’ How can this be?
WHAT??? SOUNDS TWISTED RIGHT?…
Breatheheavy.com reports that ‘After the announcement that Britney’s life will be under a permanent conservatorship, Britney was photographed by X17 and was seen crying as she made her way out of a dance studio after tour rehearsals.’
Then, news of why the conservatorship was made permanent became public, it claimed that Britney was asked to choose between her kids or the tour. “Whether it was her decision or whether she was pressured into it, Britney’s deal with the devil put the tour ahead of the kids,” an insider tells OK! Magazine.
IS SHE GOING ON TOUR TO PAY OFF THE COURT AND REGAIN HER RIGHTS TO HER KIDS?
OK! Magazine also just reported that Britney “voluntarily” gave up time with her kids in order to tour.
“Last fall, as her upcoming tour was being organized, Brit’s camp discovered that because of the star’s troubled history, they could not purchase insurance to cover her tour unless she was still under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears. Until that point, the plan was for the conservatorship to be lifted on December 31, followed immediately by Britney, 27, going into family court with a petition to regain custody of Preston and Jayden.” says OK!.
Britney’s former manager Johnny Wright, exclusively told OK! Magazine his deep feelings regarding Britney the human and Britney the machine…
“In the beginning, in her mind, she could stop at any time. Now she’s thinking, ‘I’ve got 170 people on payroll, my dad quit his job, my mom relies totally on me and I can’t take a break. I can’t go back to my friends in Kentwood. I can’t step back… that’s tough for an adult, never mind a kid… When a parent becomes an employee of a child, they worry about getting fired, so they stop being parents in order not to get laid off.
A comeback is not what I wish for Britney. What I wish for her is to settle down and find real happiness. All her essential relationships have been torn apart. She’s beendivorced twice, she doesn’t have custody of her kids, she’s being pushed back into being a money machine. I want her to be happy in her heart, then go back to the business because she wants to, not because people are convincing her she has to, or that it would be good therapy for her. It’s too soon for her to be a part of a manufactured machine that is pushing her to have to be a success.
It was very telling when I found out Wade and Andre were no longer with the tour. They helped create the best tours we ever had with Britney. Wade is a really good influence and understands her. When I heard he was no longer involved, I knew there was a problem, and it is probably just the beginning of more problems to come.
Britney has to rival Madonna out there, but Madonna really wants to do it. Seeing Britney do it by the numbers isn’t a good sign. It means she might not want it as much as those around her do.
Her career can wait. Now it should be about spending time with her kids. That’s where she’ll bring herself back to herself. But she’s gearing up for much more time away from them while on the road. Even if she’s gone for a month, the growth of those boys during that period is significant. She won’t see that and will really miss that. Those are moments she’s not going to get back.”
So… is she going on tour just to pay for this entire mess? To keep her kids? What do you think?
