HENRY COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — An unidentified pregnant woman and a teenager were killed in a 15-plus hour standoff that occurred in Henry County.

The situation began just before 11 a.m. on April 4 and stretched into the early morning hours of April 5.

The sister of the pregnant woman found her dead and immediately called the police fearing for the life of the 16-year-old teen that was being held as a hostage.

Police hoped that the suspect would release the teen unharmed. However, after more than 15 hours trying to make the criminal cooperate with the police, the suspect killed the teen and possibly shot himself, reports Amomama

Police got gained entry to the house at about 3:30 a.m. That when they made the grisly discovery of three bodies.

The shooter’s condition was not provided.

A cause of death and or motive information was not made available.
