First responders say they found Rightmire partially ejected and pinned under the truck.

Amazingly, he suffered no broken bones but was dehydrated, official said.

Joe Rightmire’s sister, Tasha Goforth, found the 21-year-old pinned under the pickup near Idaho Falls on Monday night after he had been missing for several days. Goforth now says that her brother is stable and doing well. source

Rescuers used special airbags that were placed underneath the vehicle. When inflated, the bags lifted the truck so heavier extrication equipment could be deployed.

Rightmire was flown to an area hospital, which a family member stated he’s was in fair condition.
