Missing Lake Caroline, Va., teen, Joshua Brandon Romagna, was last seen departing his home on the evening of March 26, 2016.
According to the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua, 16, was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a black North Face sweatshirt.
