Mötley Crüe Sells $90 Concert Ticket For $29 On GROUPON

Mötley Crüe had a flash-sale on Groupon selling discounted tickets to their farewell tour.

Billed as a “Worldwide “Final Tour,” the eighties rockers took to Groupon to sell tickets for their August 12th gig at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The band offered 538 upper-tier seats at, $29, for a normally $90 ticket.

“The Final Tour” includes the Crüe founding members Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, and Mick Mars and began last year; it will conclude on New Year’s Eve at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Continue reading →

Very Dumb Person Pays $2,000 To Meet Gwyneth Paltrow

Wednesday morning saw the SALE of Gwyneth Paltrow’s “epic” package featured on coupon site Groupon. For $2,000 a ~~lucky~~ couple will get to hang out in New York, get treated to dinner, spa treatments and tickets to a private goop event.. Oh yes, I almost forgot, they get to meet Paltrow..

“You and a friend are invited to the private goop event, which begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 14. You can munch on appetizers and sip cocktails before goop editor-in-chief Gwyneth Paltrow gives a cooking demonstration. You’ll leave with a signed cookbook.”
