NC Woman Sabrina Nicole Troy ID’d As Victim In Monday Lake Waccamaw Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC. (THECOUNT) — Sabrina Nicole Troy, of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a Monday vehicle crash in Columbus County.

Troy, 20, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Lake Waccamaw Monday afternoon.

According to reports, Troy was operating a vehicle on Chauncey Town Road in Lake Waccamaw, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 3:30 p.m. Monday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over near U.S. 74/76.

Troy died following the crash.

She was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

KY Teen Kaleb Fogle ID’d As Victim In Monday Elizabethtown Multi-Vehicle Fatal Crash

JEFFERSON COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Kaleb Fogle of Louisville, Kentucky, has been identified as the victim in a Monday afternoon fatal multi-vehicle crash in Jefferson County.

Fogle, 19, was killed in a four-vehicle crash near Elizabethtown Monday afternoon.

According to reports, Fogle was operating a vehicle on US-62 near Magnet Drive, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing traffic around 3:30 p.m. Monday. The vehicle then made contact with a pickup truck and an SUV. The force of the crash caused the pickup to rollover into another vehicle.

Fogle was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

The driver of the SUV was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

No one else was injured.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

PA Man Brett Brown Arrested After Attacks Uber Driver With Hatchet During Attempt Robbery

Elizabethtown man, Brett Brown, has been arrested after attacking an Uber driver in what cops say was an attempted robbery.

Brown was taken in custody after allegedly attacking an Uber driver with a hatchet in the 1st block of East College Avenue, Lancaster County, PA.

According the Elizabethtown police chief, on Mar. 13 around 5:45 a.m., 3 people hailed an Uber in York to take them to Elizabethtown. The police chief says once they arrived at their destination an argument ensued and Brett Brown attacked the driver with a hatchet, causing minor injuries to the driver’s head and arm.
