DOTHAN, AL. (THECOUNT) — Shamel Hagler, of Dothan, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday fatal shooting in Dothan. Justin Cordelro Britt, 34, is being sought in the deadly incident.
Hagler, 25, was fatally shot early Wednesday morning in Dothan.

According to reports, Hagler was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on Monroe Street near lake Street in Dothan early Wednesday morning.
Hagler was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
Court records show that Britt, who police believe was the gunman, has previous arrests for weapons violations, illegal drugs, robbery, forgery, and obstructing justice.
