SARATOGA COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Eric Anthony McFarlane, of Hadley, New York, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday night fatal motorcycle crash in Saratoga County.
McFarlane, 48, was killed, and his passenger, Dennis Mason, was seriously injured, in a Tuesday night 3-wheel motorcycle crash in Hadley.

According to reports, McFarlane was operating a Vanderhall 3-wheel motorcycle in Hadley, when for unknown reasons, the bike exited the roadway around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a tree.
McFarlane and his passenger, 45-year-old Mason, were ejected from the bike during the wreck.
McFarlane died of injuries suffered in the crash.
Mason was transported to an area hospital with serious unknown injuries.
Hours before the fatal crash, McFarlane posted pictures to Facebook showing him and Mason occupying the motorcycle:
