Officers served a search warrant at Wirtz’s home in the 200 block of North Summitlawn, north of Maple and Ridge, stemming from an ongoing narcotics operation.

“The search warrant was conducted in reference to information received on illegal drug sales at the home,” said Capt. Jeff Allen with the Wichita Police Department.

Inside the home, officers found a pound of meth, two ounces of heroin, narcotic pills, a mushroom grow operation, drug paraphernalia, and seized two handguns. Wirtz was arrested without incident and jailed on $51,500 bond, reports KAKE.

Formal charges are pending.

Wirtz’s LinkedIn page says he was the marketing and media manager for Subaru of Wichita and Super Car Guys from April of 2012 to August of 2017. He’s the founder of CurveBreak Video Marketing.
