LAKE CITY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Akii McFadden has been identified as the victim in a fatal shooting in Lake City, South Carolina Christmas eve, according to Thursday reports.
“Curry Jesus” McFadden, 25, died following a shooting Tuesday night in Lake City around 10 p.m.

Officers say they responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Independence Avenue, according to the Lake City Police Department.
When officials arrived they discovered McFadden suffering from at least one gunshot injury.
McFadden was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has been called in to investigate the shooting, reports WMBF.
No additional information on the deadly incident was immediately available.
