CONNOQUENESSING, PA. (THECOUNT) — Michael Modjallal, of Akron, Ohio, has been identified as the victim killed after a deer entered his vehicle windshield in Connoquenessing, Pennsylvania on Sunday.
Modjallal 73, was operating an SUV on Route 68 in Connoquenessing, when a deer, that struck by another vehicle, went airborne and through the SUV windshield, fatally striking Modjallal.

Modjallal’s passenger, 70-year-old Lucia Modjallal, was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The crash occurred shortly after 4 p.m.
Authorities say 53-year-old Anthony McCoppin, of Blawnox, was driving eastbound when he hit the deer, according to Fox8.
McCoppin was not injured in the collision.
Michael Modjallal was pronounced dead at the scene of massive blunt force trauma.
The crash remains under investigation.
