BOSTON, MA. (THECOUNT) — Paula Sharaga, wife of Boston musician, Eric Zinman, has been identified as the victim struck and killed while operating a bicycle in Boston Friday afternoon.
Sharaga, 69, of Cambridge, was riding on a bicycle in the area of Brookline Avenue & Park Drive, in Boston, MA, when she collided with a cement truck Friday afternoon.

The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a Boston hospital where she was later pronounced dead of multiple blunt force injuries sustained in the collision.
The driver of the cement truck, a 67-year-old Salem man, was transported to Beth Israel Hospital with unknown injuries.
Authorities are actively investigating this incident, reported Boston25News.
Zinman took to Facebook to break the sad news and announce the cancelation of a performance:
“I am sorry to cancel my performance this Sunday February 17 with Ellwood Epps and New Language Collaborative. My long time 25 year relationship with Paula Sharaga my wife , came to an end today .. Paula was killed in an accident riding her bike near the Fenway in Boston today. No words can describe how I feel.”
Anyone with possible information on the fatal crash should contact police at 911.
