ARIMA, TRINIDAD TOBAGO. (THECOUNT) — Madonna Wheelers club cyclist, Aaron Thomas, has been identified as the victim killed while traveling on Churchill Roosevelt Highway, in Arima, Trinidad and Tobago.
Thomas, whose age was not provided, was killed in a hit-and-run accident near the Tacarigua lights in an incident that was captured on video by a fellow rider.

In the video posted to Facebook, a driver is seen exiting the roadway and striking Thomas, who was riding in an area commonly traveled by cyclists.
The driver did not remain at the scene and is being sought by authorities.
In a Facebook post, Arrive Alive denounced this latest accident.
“Our sincere condolences to the family of Aaron Thomas! Another cyclist killed by a “hit & run” reckless driver! We want swift justice for all the families who still wait for the criminal charges to be brought against these types of drivers, who display no respect for life! Who continue to make the choice to drive recklessly on our nation’s roads! Our condolences to the cycling fraternity,” the organisation said. source
