FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Michael Farley has been identified as the pedestrian struck and killed in Williamstown, Gloucester County, NJ, Sunday night.
Farley, 38, was walking in the roadway around 11:30 p.m. Sunday on S Black Horse Pike, at Madison Ave, when he was struck by a passing vehicle.

The victim was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the collision.
The female driver told police she did not see Farley in the roadway.
There is no word if she will face any charges. source
