BROOKLYN, NY. (THECOUNT) — Sade Sanchez has been identified as the woman shot dead while walking on a Brooklyn street with her mother on Sunday.
Sade “Lovelyy” Sanchez, 24, was shot to death while walking with her mother and a male friend when police say her ex-boyfriend came up and began shooting in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

The shooting occurred at St. Nicholas and Menahan streets around 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
Sanchez had been shot several times with bullets hitting her in the neck, chest, shoulder and stomach. source
Sanchez was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later.
Apparently the couple recently broke up.
Authorities say they know the name of the shooter and are actively searching for him.
