SCOTT CITY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Scott City Police Department is search for a juvenile who has been missing since Monday, Aug. 27.
According to Police, Zoey Michelle Sisk-Finney, 13, was last seen at 11;30 p.m. on Aug. 27. Zoey is believed to be a runaway and possibly wearing a teal backpack.

she was last seen on a white 10 speed trek bicycle with black and pink lettering.
