ALBANY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Albany police have named Equan Fallen, of Albany, as the victim in a Livingston Avenue Tuesday homicide.
Police say, Fallen, 20, was found laying in the roadway suffering from gunshot wounds near the 400 Livingston Avenue, Albany, NY., around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday.

The Albany man was rushed to Albany Medical Center where he died from his injuries. source
Fallen was rushed to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
