The Butte County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died Sunday during an encounter with private security and the Chico Police Department as Tyler Rushing from Ventura.
Rushing, 34, aka, Tyler Scott Rushing, was identified through fingerprints analysis conducted by the California Department of Justice. We found pictures believed to be Rushing on a public Facebook Page.
