Florida man, Jesus Esquivel, is accused of fatally shooting an AAA Roadside Assistance service driver, Magdiel Hernandez, because he was angry about how much time it took for him to arrive.

Esquivel, 63, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center early Wednesday on a charge of second-degree murder, according to the Miami-Dade police report.
