Cyrus at the MTV Europe Music Awards, I would say Cyrus may have just moved into full attention whore mode and just in time for her 18th birthday on Nov, 23rd.
Our photographer on the scene said Cyrus, 17, struck the side boob stance over and over again, bending in such a way that it was all so painfully obvious. The plan was to give the photogs a constant flow of flashes of her boob and apparently a tattoo that reads, “Just Breath.” Miley knows the boys will then broadcast the naughty pictures to the world, and beyond.

Who knows if Cyrus does this because she gets off on the attention, if she is obsessed with her relatively new friends or if it is a finely tuned stunt by the handler of the Miley Cyrus machine, most likely a combination of all of the above.
