EXCLUSIVE: The Arapahoe County, Colo., voter information website crashed on the morning of Election Day showing instead, “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access/on this server” or they got a blank page. And then this happened.
After some time the website came back up with one little hiccup, it was in Portuguese..
