AR Man Shaun Lancaster ID’d As Victim In Saturday Pine Bluff Fatal Shooting

PINE BLUFF, AR. (THECOUNT) — The Pine Bluff Police Department has confirmed the identity of the victim in an early Saturday morning shooting as 44-year-old Shaun Lancaster.

The incident unfolded at around 3:00 AM on December 21, 2024, when officers were dispatched to the vicinity of 200 South Sycamore after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement found a white Chevrolet Camaro riddled with bullet holes, a chilling testament to the violence that had just occurred.

Inside the car, officers discovered Lancaster, unresponsive in the driver’s seat. Despite the immediate response, Jefferson County Deputy Coroner Clyde McDaniel pronounced Lancaster dead at the scene at 4:10 a.m., marking a somber moment in what had been an otherwise quiet night in Pine Bluff.
