According to Prince William County Police, Morales was traveling west on Old Bridge near Occoquan Road at high speed when she lost control of her motorcycle around 3:30 p.m. She was thrown from the bike and slid under a 2009 roll-off Dumpster truck, driven by a 56-year-old man from Triangle.
