DOUGLAS COUNTY, NE. (THECOUNT) — Robert Jon Hanusek, of Waterloo, Nebraska, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal motorcycle crash in Douglas County.
Bob Hanusek, 58, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Waterloo Wednesday night.
According to reports, Hanusek was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on River Road Drive near West Dodge Road in Waterloo, when for unknown reasons, the bike went down around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Hanusek was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
