JEFFERSON COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Rubi Antonio Bonilla, of Louisville, Kentucky, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday morning vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
Bonilla, 27, was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Louisville early Sunday morning.
According to reports, two vehicles were stopped near the Dixie Manor Shopping Center on Dixie Highway in Louisville, around 12:30 a.m., when a third vehicle came into contact with one of the stopped vehicles – sending it into the second involved vehicle.
Bonilla, who was operating the third involved vehicle, was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The individuals in the other involved vehicles were not injured in the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
