JUAB COUNTY, UT. (THECOUNT) — Taysia Lovell Fish, of Salem, Utah, has been identified as the victim in a Monday fatal vehicle crash in Juab County.
Fish, 35, was killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor Monday morning.
According to reports, Fish was operating a Hyundai Sonata on Utah 132 near Nephi, when the vehicle came into contact with a tractor-trailer Monday morning. The Hyundai then exited the roadway.
Fish was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The truck driver was uninjured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
