BIBB COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Pinal Kumar Patel, 52, his 48-year-old wife, Rupalben Patel and a child, have been identified as the shooting victims found injured in the front of their Bibb County, Georgia home on Friday night.
Pinal Kumar Patel was shot dead and his wife and child injured, outside their home in Macon Friday night.
According to reports, officers responded to a call of shots fired at 361 Thoroughbred Lane in Macon around 11 p.m. Friday. When the arrived, three people were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Pinal Kumar Patel was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
The wife and child were transported to hospitals and were listed in stable condition.
No suspect of motive information was provided by officials as of Saturday afternoon.
The case remains under investigation.
