RICHLAND COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Mecca Shaquanna Windsor, of Sumter, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday morning vehicle crash in Richland County.
Windsor, 29, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Eastover Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Windsor was operating a Hyundai on US-601 near Governor Heyward Road in Eastover, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 3 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a tree.
Windsor was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
