KS Man Nicky Ball ID’d As Victim In Friday Wichita Fatal Vehicle Crash

SEDGWICK COUNTY, KS. (THECOUNT) — Nicky Ball, of Wichita, Kansas, has been identified as as the victim in a Friday Sedgwick County fatal vehicle crash.

Ball, 50, was killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a 21-year-old driver Friday afternoon in Wichita.

According to reports, Ball was operating a Toyota Avalon on North Sheridan Avenue near West 18th Street North in Wichita, when a Suzuki Grand Vitara operated by a 21-year-old woman came into contact with the Toyota Friday afternoon.

Ball was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.

The investigation into the cause of the wreck is ongoing.
