MARION COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Brandon Machingura, of Brownsburg, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday morning fatal vehicle crash in Marion County.
Machingura, 24, was killed, and a woman was seriously injured, in a two-vehicle crash in Indianapolis Sunday morning.
According to reports, Machingura was operating a Dodge Charger on Interstate 465 near Mile Marker 3.2, when the vehicle came into contact with a semi-tractor and wrecked into a concrete barrier wall around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Machingura was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
A female passenger was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
The semi driver was not injured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
