MOBILE COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Laseppia Ladi Hazwood, of Mobile, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday morning fatal vehicle crash in Mobile County.
Hazwood, 24, was killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor in Mobile Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Hazwood was operating a vehicle on Highway 193/ Rangeline Road in Mobile, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 11:10 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a big-rig.
Hazwood died of injuries suffered in the wreck.
The truck driver was uninjured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
