CALEDONIA COUNTY, VT. (THECOUNT) — David Lauderbach, of Williston, and Christopher DeGreenia of Sheffield, have been identified as the suspects arrested Saturday morning in a fatal September Caledonia County ATV crash that killed Lyndon teen, Samantha Henderson.
Lauderbach, 38, and 33-year-old DeGreenia, were both taken into custody on charges including possession of stolen property and Lauderbach is being charged with leaving the scene of the accident.
Henderson, 19, was killed in the Sheffield ATV crash on September 22, 2022.
The ATVs were stolen in September, leading to the crash that killed the teen.
On Saturday morning, Vermont state police conducted a search warrant of a residence occupied by the suspects earlier identified as having stolen the vehicles involved in the fatal crash.
The suspects were transported to the Williston Police Department for fingerprints and processing. They were both housed at Northwest Correctional Facility, St. Albans.
