HOWARD COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Vicki Kwiatkowski Cooper, of St. Louis, Missouri, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday fatal vehicle crash in Howard County.
Cooper, 50, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Bonne Femme Township early Thursday morning.
According to reports, Cooper was operating a vehicle on Route O near CR-130 near Higbee, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway, entered a culvert and came into contact with a tree around 1 a.m. Thursday.
Cooper was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene of the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
