JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Lisa Ann Delfeld, of Adamsville, Alabama, and Paul Davis McKinnon, of Dora, Alabama, have been identified as the victims in a double-fatal vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
Delfeld, 59, and 38-year-old McKinnon, were both killed in a Wednesday evening vehicle crash that also critically injured a 10-year-old boy near Dora.
According to reports, Delfeld was operating a Nissan Rogue on Corner School Road near Bankston Road in Warrior, when the vehicle came into contact with a Dodge Magnum operated by McKinnon around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Both Delfeld and McKinnon were pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the crash.
A 10-year-old boy was airlifted to an area hospital with injuries believed to be life-threatening.
It is unclear which vehicle the child was traveling.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
