WOOD COUNTY, WI. (THECOUNT) — Casey Wulf, of Nekoosa, Wisconsin, has been identified as the victim in a Friday fatal motorcycle crash in Wood County.
Wulf, 47, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash in Nekoosa early Friday morning.
According to reports, Wulf was operating a motorcycle on Highway 54 near Green Grove Lane, when he was rear-ended by a passenger vehicle around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
Wulf was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
Scanner traffic indicated the vehicle then fled the scene, however, officials have provided no further details of the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
